Convenience

After school, the Sierra Vista Public School District provides school bus transportation at no cost from all of its schools to the Boys & Girls Club. Many of the local charter and private schools also provide bus transportation to the Club after school.

Staffing Ratio

The Club maintains a 1 adult to 20 children ratio.

Staff Qualifications

Staff members receive continual training on subjects such as first aid, youth development, discipline, child development, and learning disabilities…just to name a few. Training is received Nationally and locally. All staff members are at least 18 years old. All staff members under go an extensive background check that does a social security trace, national sexual offender search, DMV and criminal history records search.
