Read the front of the Membership Registration Form so you understand how the registration process works.

Ensure you understand how the After School Payments work, and when they are due.

Call 515-1511 for your registration appointment.

What you need to bring to your child's membership registration appointment is:

Completed Membership Registration Form
Completed After School Enrollment Form - Elementary/Middle School
or Completed After School Enrollment Form - High School
Have a check or money order payment ready.
You will be paying for your child's membership fee and your child's first month of after school care.
