Valerie Lancaster, Executive Director

Valerie has been the Executive Director since July 1997.  She possess a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona.  She has lived in Sierra Vista since 1982, and has one daughter, Christina who is currently attending Cochise College.

Sarah Rhoades, Program Director

Sarah began volunteering at the Club in May 2000 while she was a Senior at Buena High School.   She started her employment with the Club during the summer of 2000 as a part-time Youth Development Aide.  Sarah has been working full-time with the Club as the Program Director since 2004.  During her tenure with the Club she also graduated with a BS and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
