1.    Develop in youth a respect for themselves and for the rights and dignity of other people.

2.    Provide and promote services which will enhance opportunities for building character, and improving the QUALITY OF LIFE for youth.

3.    Strengthen the community, individual, and the Club’s role as advocates for youth.

1.    To reach out to youth, particularly youth from at-risk or disadvantaged circumstance, with quality programs and qualified staff.

2.    To continue to recruit and retain Board Members and Associate Board Members who are able to revitalize and increase the resource base of the Boys & Girls Club of Sierra Vista.

 

Vision

To be one of the best Boys & Girls Clubs in the country and an outstanding youth service provider in our community through quality staff, facility and programs supported by financial stability and clearly defined standards.

This shall be done for all boys and girls with a special emphasis on our youth who are disadvantaged or at-risk.  The Boys & Girls Club of Sierra Vista shall provide members with daily, varied, individual and group services, stressing character, health, social, educational, vocational and leadership development that will help boys and girls realize their potential and become more productive citizens.  The Club will involve staff, volunteers, board members, family, and community in effective participation to these ends.
